About the course
5th-8th Grade
In this 6 week course STEAMPunksEdu leverages the popular game "Among Us" to get students excited about building and coding in virtual reality. Students will break down game mechanics and critically evaluate how to code them using visual javascript. The final product will resemble a first-person Among us.
Requires one of the following: Windows desktops/laptops, Chromebook or iPad. A mouse is highly recommended for Windows and Chromebooks.
This course meets for 45 mins on Wednesdays between 4:00-4:45PM EST and runs for 6 weeks. Class begins March 3rd and runs until April 7th.
